KRAIN provides Quality Control reviews on new and re-roof projects for either the Alberta Roofing Contractors Association (ARCA) or other roof membrane manufacturer warranties. All of our detailed reviews are accompanied with a current CAD construction roof plan outlining areas of ongoing and completed work along with site specific items.
KRAIN’s Specification Review services enable developers and contractors to leverage our deep industry expertise in ensuring roof specifications meet warranty requirements and applicable codes, as well as to ascertain the full intent of the project specifications has been effectively projected onto the details.
On existing structures, KRAIN provides detailed roof assessment reports complete with recommendations for maintenance, repair or replacement. Depending on the level of report required, we include additional information such as CAD roof plans, roof assembly core testing and digital photographs of specific and typical deficiencies. Additional services such as Infrared and Tramex moisture surveys are available to supplement these reports.
